Octane is a specialist property lender formed in early 2017 by Jonathan Samuels, Mark Posniak and Matt Smith – a Management Team who, together, have lent over £2.5 billion across 4000 separate loans.

Octane is unique in that they do not have any products, they don’t have a fixed rate card or a rigid credit policy. Every deal is considered and priced according to its individual risk. Since launch Octane has lent over £800 million across bridging, refurbishment, non-standard BTL and developer exit loans.
